Good for him if he's getting more scholarship money there, but it would have been nice to get him here. I think he's going to be a good one.
ETA: It's good to see La Tech making an effort in baseball under Greg Goff. The better the in-state schools are, the better our RPI will be each year.

This is the move I talked about on pg 6. It is finally official. From my understanding he was never offered ANY money at LSU. He was going to be a preferred walk-on. Tech offered him 50%.
As for his on the field play. He is a strong defensive guy with a cannon for an arm. At the plate he can swing it well, but misses too many mistake fastballs. He will make people pay on mistake offspeed stuff though. Good line drive type pop.
