Jose's pay out is 40 million pounds

Supposedly he didn't take the pay out. Either way this shite has to stop. Just when we thought we were going to have some stability this shite happens. I'm sad, pissed, excited, nervous and sick all in one. Roman better have someone lined up for the summer.

The Times report that Chelsea have already found a candidate to replace Mourinho - Diario AS understands that Juande Ramos’ agent Ginés Carvajal is in London negotiating with the club. The 61-year-old is a free agent and a coach whose professional record speaks for itself.

Mourinho’s comments following Monday’s defeat to Leicester did not go down well with club management who feel that the time has come for a change as Chelsea seek to improve their situation in the Premier League in which the team is just one point above the relegation zone.

Ramón Calderón: "Mourinho, más cerca del Real Madrid"
El expresidente blanco, en Twitter: "Sólo hay que solucionar unas cosas y estará aquí. La mejor noticia para Florentino, no encontraría mejor escudo".

Former RM president Ramón Calerón says Mourinho is now closer to RM. A few things must be settled, and he´ll be here. The best news for Florentino, as he won´t find a better ´shield´.

It is RM, why would any decision to foster an individual over a team shock you? Even if it is a manager? It is what they do. Constant spending for big names to generate revenue.

I'm never surprised by any of that, but Mourinho was a deeply polarizing figure who spent his time at Real Madrid feuding with half of everyone involved with the club: internally and externally. I dont really understand how this would play out. Does everyone forget about the past, or does the shitshow begin where it left off?

This was my first season following Chelsea from the start and I still don't understand why he's held in such low regard by the club?

We won the most points in England since he took over early in the season and he led us to within a PK slip of the CL title.

So no different than Klinnsman?

Nope no different at all. Except Jose is an even bigger dick smoke.

His antics used to be funny and cool but now that he's shite and can't win Champions League at big clubs its just obnoxious. Very similar to Klinsmann.

Bring on Rodgers or Rafa. They'll whip those Chelsea flops into shape.

I always liked Grant, as well. Just not a sexy sell, I guess.

Spanish press says Hiddink's confirmed, and Abramovich's summer target is Diego Simeone.

Don't understand why we would go after Simeone if our players aren't responding to Jose? Aren't they cut from pretty much the same tactical cloth?

I don't think the tactics were the problem, more so the people executing them didn't give a frick. The only reason Mourinho had to go was because you can't replace the whole team.

But why would they respond differently to a manager that's so similar is my question?
