What do you typically shoot through it (caliber and gr) and how's the performance?

.223 Wylde is a chamber design. You won't find ammo on the shelf labeled .223 Wylde. It shoots .223 and 5.56.

I shoot steel .223 and some brass .223 55 and 62 grain. Cycles and shoots fine.
