Squat day today.

Good day. Got three at 405 as the last working set.

I'm really happy with the 531 program. I'm thinking 500 by summer is attainable!

I'm gunning for 4 hundo on the squat by april. Got 350x3 two weeks ago.

I'll hit 350 for 3-4 reps this week.

I slacked off on squats after I strained my left hamstring 6-7 weeks ago hitting 285x5 on Front Squats. A huge knot at the top that limited my range of motion. It's almost 100% good to go.
