I use to top or bottom round. I marinate it in low sodium soy sauce, pepper, pineapple juice and a little crab boil. I smoke it on my egg for about 2 hours at 225 with some hickory wood. Then I finish it off in the dehydrator.

That sounds interesting. What kind of proportions do you use?
