What makes you think there will be changes

Time and again Les Miles has trotted out his ancient, confusing, and incompetent offense on to the field and brought us down to the wire against teams we should have put away in the first half. This is a stubborn man, interested in how long he can continue to stay at LSU. By throwing his offense at a brick wall he manages to pull out just enough games every year to win.
The Texas Tech game will actually fool everyone into thinking that changes have been made, when in reality our team just happens to match up well against theirs. Miles will not go in with a Plan B (just like against Bama, or any other time his stategy was not working). The bowl game will pass, Miles will get another win, and the fans will proclaim that "NEXT SEASON WILL BE BETTER".
This bowl game is the worst case scenario. It will not force our incompetent staff to make changes or adaptations. They will beat up on an awful 7-5 TT team and think it means they are doing it right.
Ask yourself this: how do you feel the game against bama will go next year? Do you honestly expect Miles to go in with several different plans of attack, or to just run up the gut and throw deep until the 3 and outs completely wear out our defense. For that matter, ask yourself how the OM/Arkansas games are going to be different.
LES IS NOT MAKING ANY CHANGES. HE WILL KEEP DOING WHAT HE IS DOING, AND AS LONG AS FANS SHOW UP WITH "WE LOVE LES" SIGNS AND CHEERING THEIR SUPPORT, HE WILL KEEP GETTING IS 8 TO 9 WIN SEASONS.

This is original. No one has ever said this before.

I don't assume TT will be an easy win.

Shocking post. I think maybe I'll turn in.

I'm not sure what has come over Les, because early in his time as LSU coach we'd offer suggestions, and he'd take them, and changes were made thus keeping him on top of his game. Now in the past few years he's taken a notion that the fan's don't dictate what he does, and he totally ignores our suggestions. He'd better look at his notes from back in the day, and begin taking our suggestions because as he's recently found out, without us he almost lost his job. Come on Les we'll still help you out. Just keep reading the TD.

I heard Coach Miles utter the word "re-gear". I wasn't sure what he meant. A quick look at a dictionary for the English language wasn't any help at all.
I guess "re-gear" means "improve" in the unique language invented by and spoken only in the home of the Les Miles Family. You know how isolated twins have been known to invent a language that only they understand? I think "re-gear" is a word from one of those unique languages.

He gets paid regardless if he changes. Blame the idiot who gave him the raise when Arkansas apparently showed interest.

Exactly. Alleva is the real culprit behind this debacle.

I gotta be honest. I'm not sure if you're trolling Altair or if you really believe this. So either well done, or please seek a licensed professional about your delusion.

If Harris plays in 14 then its likely 16 was the year. Its more likely than LF7 much like PP7 will miss the party when Harris, Guice, Brossette and Dupre cut down the nets in 17.

Going by your post history...I honestly think you may be mentally unstable

Hopefully we run the ball every play. Zero passes. Win the game and you go on ahead and slit your wrists.
Best case scenario for all involved.

you just joined this site so you weren't here back then.

You are right, but I have been reading this board for many years and so do recruits and bashing the coaches, and negativity towards our Football Team does not help matters. Just Remember Championships don't just grow on a tree and don't come easy in the SEC West

i wasn't replying to you, although i welcome your input. We get top classes every year, and those kids read this site every year. And if you've been keeping up with this website you know as well as i that the same bashing crap has been going on for as long as long as this site has had a place on the internet. you know what? it hasn't made much difference and we still get those top 5 classes. Kids that want to come here are going to come, no matter what people on the internet say.

young fella you take your life, and post on these stupid internet boards far to serious. if you're not careful, whats going to happen is you're going to give yourself a stroke before you're 18. So I'm trying to help you out here because hospital rooms, and being hooked up to all those tubes and things like that aren't a lot of fun to be recovering from stroke, or heart attack because of your Type A personality. Ease up. Enjoy life a little bit. It's LSU football, no one is holding a gun to one of your loved one's head if LSU doesn't win 12 or 13 games a year. It's gonna be ok, just watch and see. Trust ole vjp819. I been doing this a long time. i'll get you though it.
