We have investment property all over East Texas. From Atlanta, down to Jasper, over to Huntsville (about 20 counties). Our standard rate is $7.50/acre. We're charging $10/acre for property on Rayburn, and $12/acre for poor quality high fence in Sabine & San Augustine County.

Hmmm... Do you just lease or sell as well? If you have something in Nac county my dad might be interested.
