An interview would be nice, but I'll suffice for meeting the minimum requirements right now.

I've always heard of these tests. I know a few people who've taken the test. Ive never heard of anyone getting hired because of the test.

The test is required for Operations and Mechanical employees to get hired. Pass the test, get an interview then maybe get hired.

Is this an operator's test or for an actual position
Nvm definitely for operators. Engineers don't require tests for hiring

I passed, got the news this morning.
"Congratulations!
You recently completed Operations and Mechanical Pre-employment Testing. I am pleased to inform you that you met the minimum requirements for the position for which you have applied. Your test scores will remain on file for two years.
You will be considered for jobs at locations where you have indicated a preference. However, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an interview. You will be contacted if selected for an interview.
Again, congratulations and thank you for your interest in ExxonMobil.
