View your salary in terms of compensation for what you are unable to do because of your work. For you, that's likely something along the lines of a consistent social life and adequate sleep. If you have a family, you have more issues more than likely.
Determine how much compensation is worth what you're giving up. If it's not worth the %increase in pay then look around. If it's worth it, stay.
