2nd changing up diet. We found that applying organic apple cider vinegar(in a spray bottle, mist it directly on the coat) provided relief, but the itching did not stop until we change our dogs diet. Also, don't bathe the dog too much, it can make the condition worse. When you do bathe it, use an oatmeal based shampoo.
