Good to know Zachary high > div IV.

Calvary (who loses the top QB in the country and replaces him with a Wing-back) beats Zachary by 2 TD's...then Calvary has -38 yards rushing vs Notre Dame.

So...Div III>Zachary ?!?

C'mon on RMC let the Bears enjoy a magical play-off run. If using the private/public combined power ratings they beat the #9, #6, & #3 (who was consensus #1 in polls and nationally ranked) all on the road.

Zachary is going to win its first State Title for the public schools next week. Let's all enjoy it!

If you try to discount Catholic's Championship, you're a loser. Last second wins against BM, Evangel and the "best" team in the state Rummel. Really happy for the kids and coaches. Too good of a program to not win it one year. GO BEARS!

Proud class of '96 checking in from 25' up an oak tree with bow in hand. Couldn't be happier for CHS and Coach Weiner. Go Bears!

Weiner once told me "Pimp, do you want to be a young man and come to two a days and give it your best effort, or ride around in cars with guys listening to Nuclear Pudding doing nothing with their lives".

In retrospect, Nuclear Pudding might have been a cool band, so I am not sure if I made the right decision, but I'm happy for Coach Weiner.

Lol, no one will ever call Weiner the greatest coach of all time, but that mofo is funny as fvck.

Men, the funny thing about keys

Since you brought this up. When Dale does retire, does Neil come in and take over? Would it be a good hire?

I agree...that was the point of my post! CHS had a tougher road to State than anyone this year.
They deserve to celebrate.

Congrats to the Bears! I was at the game last night. What a fantastic/exciting game! As an alum, I've been ready for coach to retire for a few years now. If I was an OT baller/big money booster, I would have been trying to get it done for a while. My choices would either be Brewerton or Sid Edwards (from what I hear Sid will never be an option). Neil's a good guy, but I don't want any part of him coaching there.

I was on the last dome team (wish we could have gotten it done 25 years ago).

Congratulations on the watered down Championship. LHSAA playoffs are a joke.
