Is this the thread where people act like they're OCD but aren't and don't understand the definition of the term?

This is actually correct. OCD is a compulsion. You almost cannot control it. It fricking sucks. Stress makes it even worse. Luckily, there are things people can do to help. Managing stress is #1!
