Why is that his strained logic that "the public and legislature don't understand" it's private money, apply to how much we pay Miles ($5M/annually)to stay?

if anyone is the moron it is jindal, who ran the university in the ground. LSU is a university, in case you haven't noticed, so the ability of the university to thrive is of utmost importance
