It hasn't and that was the worst flood BR has had since. They have cleaned all the canal and storm drains and expanded. I don't think flooding will ever be an issue again. That 83 flood had a lot of things flooded that didn't before or since. Don's Seafood on Airline was under about 5' of water that year.
I grew up in Old Goodwood and went to school with all of those Westminister, Pine Park people. Pine Park is still nice and Westminister is like people said - just older homes with older younger mix. Great location.

Norfolk & Fleet also flooded in 86. Houses that never had water in them. I've got pics somewhere.
It turned out to be a Wards creek and blocked drainage issue that got cleared.
Im not aware of that part of the hood flooding again. Other parts as mentioned, can have issues during large gully washers.
