You could definitely argue South Carolina. Better facilities, significantly better support from the university and fanbase, I would imagine they would offer more money to the same coach but that's just speculation. Golden was making like 2 mil. Recruiting area for the U is obviously better.

And the recruiting area is recruited heavily by pretty much every major school in the country, too.

I might also add Missouri to the list, even though I don't think it's that interesting a gig. Big, respected school in the SEC east that got to the SECCG twice already, but probably won't have absurd expectations. Pinkel was making over 4.

lots of schools will pay more, have better facilities (though the facilities other than not having a campus stadium at theU are outstanding), but theU is still a great place to recruit at and has an easy path to the playoff.

i mean, the recruiting is pretty ridiculous. other schools have better peripheral things, but as far as the potential to win? not many places are setup like theU for a good coach.
