I always ask candidates for a reason NOT to hire them. It's a question they likely don't get from anybody else and the expression on their faces are usually pretty amazing.

See, that's just fricking stupid. That is not a creative question to get to know someone.. that is textbook trick question. And honestly, an employer pulling shite like that just tells me everything I need to know. It shows that you get off on making people uncomfortable and get cheap kicks out of asking a question that there is really no good answer to other than some stupid cheeseball lie like, "Don't hire me if want everything done wrong".
Someone told me the other day that in an interview when they were asked if they had any more questions, they said, "Yeah, when do I start?"
Even if you had good banter with the interviewer, this just seems cringey
