You don't get it, it isn't that simple you just don't get someone who uses offense C.
You have to reteach everything you have to make sure you get along you have to make sure your players can adjust.
You guys have never worked or played in college and think it's easy. It's not as easy as you people think.
You hire who you trust not who can draw up a pass or whatever.
Changing offenses isn't easy and it takes 2-3 years to do correctly.

OU dramatically changed their offense in one year and look at the wonder that turned into.
These college systems aren't amazingly complex.

Umm...so if you change the offense ever...what do you teach the juniors?
It's college dude. It better take jolly well less than 3 yrs to learn the dang offense.
