Well that is the new trend for young professionals. The traditional suburban lifestyle is falling out of favor

And people in Nola could live in Jefferson parish or even Laplace for just as cheap with a quicker commute

You're bringing up places 1+ hour away

Dude Im from Jefferson Parish... Gretna actually. went to Hahnville; not too far from LaPlace. I never seen any affordable housing out there that anyone can afford.

This home is in Houston city limit. 2,000 a month... 5 BR 3.5 bath. Its also a rental.
