Sounds like a real commitment on our end. Finally, they're stepping up and playing with the big boys. Now, we're acting like an elite program from top to bottom.

Yes, what people are missing is that we are an elite program now and have been since Saban. The stadium expansion and renovations of athletics is not something a mediocre program does. We have money and more than what most folks know about publicly. A head football coach contract is just a small investment when compared football is bringing in over 100 M a year. But not making the right investment or sticking with a declining coach and waning support from fans, the investment is then losing money and a change happens. I dont understand why most people including Miles apologists dont see this.
Fans support is waning and recruits are leaving and all our athletic department is doing to ensuring our product continues to produce and make renevue. This is a business folks, whats good for the revenue will always be good for the fans because they will show out and spend their money along with boosters bumping funds. Its just simple.
IE look at the tailgating scene and stadium attendance, its because the product (HC) is not producing and the fans are not going to spend their money and the boosters are going to pull back. Its the athletic departments job to ensure the product stays consistently profitable.
