Fuente could tear it up as long he can dominate recruiting in the tidewater and go get some studs from the south and tear into Ohio St./Penn St/Michigan stranglehold in the Midwest/Northeast/NJ regions.
He could return VT to top 10 status pretty quickly. the ACC doesn't offer much resistance.

Beamer had VT as a top 10 program for over a decade and underachieved recruiting in-state. If you can pull 10/20 of the top recruits in Virginia which Beamer could never really do. Fill out the class with Florida, Maryland, DC and North Carolina. There is no reason VT couldn't be a DOMINANT program
