Les has done this. We've had great DCs for the most part. We've also had good offensive minds. Unfortunately, Les refused to trust them.

I agree with this - defensively we have made good hires that have done a lot to develop that side of the ball. They have been great coordinators, but are they the kind or leaders that are influencing the Head Coach or his philosophy? They fall in line which is why they were hired.
