I could see Les at Maryland. Expectations wouldn't be too high and he wouldn't be too far from Manny. He would also be in a weaker conference. They would be happy with 9-10 wins a year. Illinois wouldn't be a bad place but he would have to face Michigan. If this was last year, Nebraska would have been a perfect place for him because of their history of running the ball.
