Segments on Wounded Warriors and Frank Gifford have given me the fricking blues.

Frank Gifford died at 84 and hasn't played in 50 something years....yet they're making this some big CTE, football should be illegal thing? Cmon now.

The liberals are going to start coming after football hard in the next 10 years.

Football as we knew it growing up is going away. Soccer is transcendent with the youngsters these days. Football will be seen as a brutal old school anachronism of the twentieth century soon. An uncivilized sport from a less enlightened era.

Are you on Goodell's PR staff?

Frank isn't the first to die from concussion related issues and he won't be the last.

He died of concussion related issues at the age of 84? You sure he didn't just die because he was 84? I mean, I've seen him plenty in the public over the last 35 years and he seemed to be functional.

Just imagine if he wouldn't have had a concussion problem.

He may have lived to 85 or 86!

Do you read/watch the news? Apparently not.

The news said he had signs of PTE. That's different than dying if CTE. Everything I've seen shows he died of natural causes.

The linked article say he had it. Not signs of it.

Not nearly as depressing as a Luke Bryan halftime show.

That still doesn't mean it was the cause of death. LINK

You're right. Poor wording on my part. I deserve the down votes.

He lived a full life. In fact, he beat the average male lifespan for every country in the world. He's not a good example for saying football is bad.
