Judging by the title I opened this thread expecting something schmaltzy and irrelevant. But this quote is actually very appropriate.

Sometimes some of the posters on here remind me of that guy or girl they have in most offices who is always pointing out how others should do their work but never seem to be doing their own work.

I think a lot of these posters would benefit from getting involved in competitive endeavors themselves - softball league, basketball league, coach kids' sports, heck join a bowling league.
