Les deserves better exit But the $$$$ will help his mood real fast.........

No one who was so loyal to any business deserves to go thru what Les is living now. He did the job he was paid (far too well) to do. Not his fault someone gave him those kind of $$$$. But to be honest he walked a tight rope almost every year he was here and kept the wheels only with the defense more times than not. Its far beyond time for him to move on. He should never have gotten the raises or golden parachute. When his agent brought up Michigan and Arkansas the LSU AD should have wished him well if he wanted to leave.

If he would step down/retire this week he would get a great send off. But we know he's too stubborn to do that.

..and I don't blame him for not stepping down if he doesn't want to, but the option for a good send off is there. The alternative will be sticky for both parties.
