I don't think any rational fan is expecting him to come in and give LSU Simmons-like production, or even Martin or Mickey-like production. However, he can't be any worse than what than what LSU has in the post right now. LSU's best post option right now is 6'4" Bridgewater
He may not completely turn the team around, but he can only improve it.

With Sampson, Patterson, Gray and Bridgewater getting a ton of minutes is what I want.
Against teams like Marquette with 2 7-footers (Vandy), we can go big:

^^ That is actually a pretty damn huge starting 5 if you factor in guard length.
