As a Police officer he should show more discipline with his weapon. Being an officer of the law does not give you the right to decide who lives and who dies. I am not a fan of the BLM movement but this should make all people angry regardless of race. The guy was going to be arrested for a crime but until he left them no other option shots should not have been fired. Even then he could have went for a wounding shot instead of straight to the kill shot.

That doesn't make sense. You shoot to kill the threat or you don't shoot at all. Problem here is Mr. Cop acted rashly to say the least. But shooting to wing him or wound him seems like some Hollywood shite to me.

While what he did was wrong you have no F'n idea what you're talking about. You only shoot to stop the threat, i.e. shoot to kill. We do not shoot to "wound" or give "warning shots".
