If you're doing her shite, they don't need her. Get her put out and get them to realize you can take on her work. Ask for 80% of what they were paying her yearly as compensation to be added to your salary. You'll be saving them time, money in performance, salary, benefits, and hiring/re-training. All in all it's a win for them and you get a cake raise.
