We have a Roomba 760. It's used on our first floor which is all tile and laminate. It does a great job of keeping minor dirt off the floor. Your floors will still need to be mopped.
If you get the mop version, you will still have to sweep.
To the person that said the Roomba pattern is random, it's not. There's a gif in this link (via Reddit), I just can't access it from work. LINK /

That might be true with your particular model, but most roomba models have a random cleaning pattern.
