Which if looked at as a whole is a great tenure. But it's front loaded. He is being paid too much for the lack of success that we have had recently.

I think anyone coming in will say if they are willing to pay me this much, I better deliver. That's the way it should be though.

Yep agreed. When you make the big dollars there is a lot of pressure that comes with it.
Think about the pressure these guys are under - for the money that they make? Is it worth it?
