Coaching absolutely had something to do with those wins. And Miles sustained the program and then built it back up. The winning with Saban's players is a dumb argument.

But it's obvious, these last few years have been something different.

I am not taking up for Miles but I am so sick of hearing this. I am not taking sides whether Saban or Miles is the best recruiter but your statement is dumb since you are implying Miles was only successful due to Saban's recruits.


I would argue Miles was the better recruiter so you implying Miles was successful due to Saban's recruits is wrong. It boils down to who is the better head coach and I won't comment on that since the numbers of SEC Championships, National Championships, and head to head record do not lie.
