Uh, he sucks. TT will probably fire him in a year or two.

No they won't.
You clearly don't understand how hard it is to recruit and win at Tech. Did you know that Mike Leach only had one year of 10+ wins in his 8 seasons at Tech? Or how about the fact that Spike Dykes is a legend at Tech even though he only got more than 7 wins twice in 14 years?
