funny because ive never seen a company of any sort give an employee a "heads up your fired next week" in my life so people saying that they need to tell them are clueless on how firing someone works.

No, we don't. Fisher isn't coming, Dabo isn't coming, etc. If you're not going to be happy with Herman or Fuentes, Isuggest you start preparing yourself from the coming disappointment.
