What Todd Monken has done at Southern Miss is awesome. I don't know that he's ready to be under the microscope at LSU yet but he will be somewhere big in the next 2 years.

I'm thinking jim haslet, Rex ryan, and possibly Brett Favre if we want the risky play with a potentially high ceiling
