The peak is in for real estate. Should bottom out 2033 or so. Hang on for a wild ride.

I think that we are experiencing another bubble that will pop one day like they all do. Hopefully it won't be as bad as the sub-prime mess but your chart is silly. RE dropping like that would mean another great depression.

I believe it, market is gonna tank when the baby boomers start putting their old, un updated, houses on the market. Gonna be alot of places to buy when they die off.
