That area was in decline before 2005 and now people are buying back in because it's affordable. Not everyone OT balls like yourself

Yeah, 70's through early 90's were great. It's not the same area. Seems like when the Messenger's moved their Christmas lights to Denham from Red Oak it went downhill.

I kind of worry about the neighborhoods east of Keneilworth and west of Staring because it's a lot of mainly older people here, and the neighborhoods east of Staring are declining pretty badly.
But all that said, I think all the areas off Highland in 70808 are going to be fine long term. Just would probably be wise to avoid that stretch of Staring between Perkins and Highland- especially to the east of Staring.
There is a pretty scary housing project behind that shopping center on Staring with the heromans florist and the baskin robins fwfw.
