People lose their jobs all the time. He'll be paid handsomely to lose his.

The product on the field is the result of his program and leadership.

I don't think it is personal, nor should it be. This is a business decision.

The problems that have plagued the team have continued for years. The program does not change with some of the best talent in the country.

Miles is stubborn. He want to continue to do things "his way" and it seems many people have had enough. After the last three games (and previous seasons) it's pretty clear "his way" isn't working.
