We stopped at Billeaud's in Broussard to try their boudin after leaving the brewery. Prolly about a 5 minute drive.
Up there with the best I've had. Nice mix of meat and rice and great seasoning. And tasted pretty freshly prepared for being late on a Saturday afternoon.

We need to put together a boudin tour. Too many options over there. Acadiana Chamber of Commerce is asleep at the wheel.
