Is that Miles, only flaw?
* Runs archaic 1950's style Offense.
* Will not let his OC's have control of the Offense.
* Recruits QB's that are only capable of running a simple 1950's style Offense, that can't throw the football and are not SEC Championship caliber.
* Doesn't prepare team for big games multiple times per season.
* Multiple big game coaching fiascos per season.
* Doesn't pay attention to details
* Stubborn to a fault.
* Poor at making in-game adjustments.
* Hires too many BBQ Buddy's as assistants.
* Former Offensive Lineman and he can't consistently recruit SEC Championship caliber OL's.
* Incoherent rambling speak during most interviews.
* Too nice a guy. Nice guys don't win many Championships.
* Looks ridiculous in that white "Train Engineer" cap
Les Miles is perfectly fine for consistently winning 7-8-9 games every season and going to a minor Bowl. (If that is your goal)
Not so fine if winning the SEC West/SEC is your goal every year.
Is that enough or shall we continue? We got more.........

actually he recruits great QBs but doesn't allow them to play to their strengths, but instead sets them up for failure by running his archaic 1950s offense with no creativity in the passing game
