Never had an infected bottle of Envie. It's bottle conditioned like all Parish beers, so if it's uber foamy it's not infected. Probably just didn't condition long enough or too much priming sugar not sure.

Didn't they admit there was an infected batch?
Eta: I didn't have that batch but I remember posters I trust saying it had funk to it, more than just carb. Also, I remember Chris telling me Imperial Reserve was infected. I kinda expect carb issues from some Parish beers, but not off flavors.

I had a few batches of envie that were infected (funky saison taste). Also had a few batches of Canebrake that were like that too. Every time you would take a sip of it, it would foam out of the bottle. This was about a year ago.
