Good post.
My bullet points:
1) play down to lesser opponents & in doing so, lose valuable PT for 2&3rd string
2) never press the gass on offense when we're up in the 2nd H
3) clock management
4) lack of in-game adjustments
5) poor player development (NFL scouts love our talent, but have said "what we're you taught?"
6) we've never had consistent OL and LB strength for a coach who loves to run
7) poor BIG game strategy and planning

Up voted, miles supporters gloat about 10 win seasons when 5 of the games that he wins are against teams he should dominate but some how even makes the wins ugly. If you ask me change is needed badly

Add these:
8) VERY poor QB recruiting and development, unheard of for a major program
9) incredibly poor communication skills
10) extremely poor motivational skills , lack of intensity
I could go on, but I won't.
A head coach of a major program with this many negatives IMO is not worthy of the kind of salary he makes and the position that he holds.
