This year's Heisman race is a direct reflection of the national media's fatigue towards troubled FSU stars. Winston is not the kind of guy the Heisman committee drools over, and then Cook kept that going with the off-the-field issues in the offseason.
If it wasn't for that, Cook would be at the top this year. His stats are so unreal, and the dude has hot garbage surrounding him.
I can't wait to see him go HAM on Florida to close the season.

I definitely think the off the field stuff has hurt him, but I think it has more to do with ESPN deepthroating the SEC all year. Fournette and now Henry.

As a Florida fan, Henry is a lot scarier, like Fornette he's a power back which hits our weaker areas whereas a finesse back like Cook might struggle to break 50-100 yards total .
