Some of the weirder movies I've seen have already been mentioned in the thread.
Weird is relative to the viewer (at least, without a precise definition) -- one that I thought was weird when I saw it was Magnolia (1999), but I haven't seen it in years, so I'm sure it would seem somewhat different to me now. I remember it being pretty weird, though.

And I liked it. It feels like Lost Highway, in a lot of ways.
