I equate it to good/best.
Are you okay with just being good? Or do you have it in you to take a risk to be the best?

It only is a good idea if you have a homerun hire up your sleeve. The issue isn't a buyout. The issue is having an agreement in place with a legit first rate coach before you make your move. You can't hope. You have to know.
