You can get a Lang 36" for slightly more than that which will last a lifetime. Can't be beat for a backyard offset at that price.

Look on Craigslist in TX and GA if you don't mind a trip you can usually find a good deal.

If I was not planning on rebuilding mine, I'd either get one of those or another mentioned in here.
