I think les has something going on behind the scenes like an illness or family member illness or depression or something.

There is just a weird vibe right now

I hope not. I wish the man and his family all the health in the world.

Les has seemed very subdued this year, even when undefeated. Maybe he knew what was coming, or maybe it's something else.

He looks burnt out and tired. No fire left. If he is ready to hang it up, I wish he'd follow Spurrier's lead and simply retire before it gets uglier.

He said it in the press conference. He like his qb and his rb and his players and his offense too much. He lets his feelings for them cloud his judgement. So one of two things will happen this offseason and I will be ok with either.
1. He retires/resigns because he realizes the game has passed him by
2. He lets Cameron and the rest of the offensive staff, except Wilson, and brings in someone that runs an up tempo offense and give him complete control because he has realized that the game has passed him by.
