Miles was here before Alleva. I think Alleva is too afraid to fire Miles.

This is kind of like the scenario of you "either jump or burn". We are far enough removed from 2007 and even 2011 to not catch flack. We can always find a reason to keep him for one more season. Truth is, pull the plug now and get it done. It won't get any easier whatever year we do it.
