Leaving Tigerland tonight I run into a friend being arrested. I ask what happened and am the cop said come with me. I informed him he had no resin or cause to detain or question me and asked for his badge #. He refused and instead forcefully grabbed my left bicep to where there's bruises and also pushed me into a wall where my face got cut up. He then proceeded to let me go after assaulting and battering me. Do I have a good civil case if there was cameras at the gas station?

Why do I think before any of that happened you started trying to get in the middle of the arrest and ask stupid questions like,
"Is he being detained or arrested?"
"What are the charges?"
You were probably told more than once to go away and didn't.
I'm gonna say you probably got yourself hemmed up cause you wanted to stick your nose in the middle of it.

Who the hell randomly walks up to a buddy getting arrested and starts badgering the aressting officer with questions. Not to mention your doing it while walking home from tigerland on a game night? Are you trying to get arrested or are you just that dumb? Serious question
