quote:
Ramirez, especially, had some words for LSU quarterback Brandon Harris, who heads the SEC’s lowest-ranked passing offense.
“He is predictable where he wants to go. He has got a good arm on him but he’s not as accurate,” Ramirez said. “He’s not very good with the ball in terms of decision making but he can really throw the ball and he can get receivers behind us and we have to be careful with it.”

I'd be willing to bet Db rameriz has watched and studied BH more than anyone posting in this thread.
But hey, let's turn him loose!
But hey, let's turn him loose!

quote:Those two don't go together. I seem to recall Harris throwing a long (TD?) pass when he was trying to throw to a different receiver.
“He is predictable where he wants to go. He has got a good arm on him but he’s not as accurate,” Ramirez said.
But I guess trash talking Harris is better than trash talking Fournette who is going to be out for blood.

Has there not been a week long meltdown on this board discussing the predictability of LSU's offense?
quote:
He has got a good arm on him
No question
quote:
but he’s not as accurate
He's 10th in the SEC in completion percentage at 55% . Just edging out Davy O'Brien candidates, Johnny McCrary (Van); Perry Orth (USC) and Drew Lock (Mizzou)
quote:
“He’s not very good with the ball in terms of decision making"
Probably the only disputable part of the quote
quote:
he can really throw the ball and he can get receivers behind us and we have to be careful with it.”
I don't think anyone would disagree
Other than the "decision making" comment, I fail to see anything inaccurate about the quote
