Shoot them and check the fired case after. If you don't see any trouble signs like primers beginning to be pushed out or cracks in the fired case then it will be fine to shoot. Unless it was stored in harsh conditions, nothing functional has changed since the last shot fired from the gun; whether it be 1 week ago or 80 years ago.
